Bobux

Bobux was started in Auckland, New Zealand by Chris and Colleen Bennett. They were so frustrated with shoes that kept falling off their daughter's feet. They took some of her old shoes and replaced the laces with elastic. Then observing how much their daughter loved wearing her cotton pre walkers with the soft pliable sole that flexed naturally as she took those first walking steps, they added this feature too.

Mothers in their coffee group soon fell in love with the cool funky shoes and before long they were making them for their children. One weekend Chris and Colleen set up a stall at the Victoria Park craft market in Auckland and within 2 hours had sold out their entire stock.
